These are great replacements for paper towels. I just ordered a second set because we love them so much. We use them in the kitchen to wipe counters and clean up spills. The first kind I ordered were the bamboo ones which had two issues: they shrank and degraded in quality a good deal, and they were plain white, so my husband mistakenly discarded several out of the dryer because he thought they were the disposable dye catchers.
